Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
If you must request a refund please contact us immediately at CustomerService@CattyCactus.com with the order number and the item for which you would like to request a refund if it is only part of your order. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis, and you will be notified if you qualify for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Catty Cactus has the right to reject any request for refund, but we will notify you of the reason for the rejection if that does occur. Here are some common reasons for refund and how we typically deal with them:
Damaged Product(s): If your order arrives damaged, whether due to manufacturing or shipping, we will definitely take care of it! All we will ask is that you send a picture of the damaged product, and whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Not What I Expected: We strive to be very up front and clear about our products size, material, metals, etc. However, we do understand that by purchasing online you lose the chance to touch and feel the product before buying. If you feel like you received an item that isn't what you had expected, give our customer service team an email and one of our experts will evaluate your case based on how thoroughly we have described that product.
Wrong Size: At Catty Cactus, we try our best to put a sizing chart on all apparel. In most cases, if you have purchased the wrong size from a product page that has a sizing chart, we will likely not be able to issue a refund. But every rule has its exceptions, so give us an email anyway.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@CattyCactus.com.
